Being physically active can, control losing/ gaining weight, improve our cardiovascular system, strengthen bones/muscles and improve our mood and mental health. being physically active can help us live longer because it decreases the risk of type two diabetes and cancer.

I feel traditional gender roles shouldn't exist.

I believe we should all be equal, men should be able to show there emotions without being afraid too around other men. Women should not be in kitchens because "there supposed to" or "that's where they belong" . They should be in kitchen's if that's what they feel comfortable doing. I feel there not appropriate, because as I stated everyone should be equals. No matter who you are.
