The core muscles transfer the force from our legs to our upper body and vice versa. They also protect our spine from overloading it. It is important to have a strong set of core muscles because they help us to move in different directions and to perform certain activities.

Core muscles are a set of muscles that are from the base of our head to our pelvis. They protect our spine and keep our back stable at all times, transferring the force from our lower body to our upper body and vice-versa. They also are involved in activities such as giving birth, urinate, and aiding with the breathe when we lift heavy objects. It is of great importance to have a strong core, to not damage our body, and to perform the mentioned activities correctly.
