B seems like the most logical answer.Process of elimination rules out A and C, and that leaves us with B and D. So swimming where a life guard can see you seems like the best choice along with deciding how much weight to lose. I would personally go with choice B :)

Answer : Option B) Swim where lifeguard can see

Explanation : The smart exercise choice will be to swim where the lifeguard can easily see the swimmer. As when the swimmer would be swimming if anything happens and the swimmer is drowned into the pool; then it will be easy for the lifeguard to spot it and rescue the swimmer. This will be the smart choice of being in the visible range of the lifeguard to avoid any mishaps.

  2. Gathering related information. Gathering some facts and data related to the problem will help to make the decision faster and correct.

  7. Review. Reviewing your decision will help to find if there is something missing or any flaw in it and accordingly modifications can be done.
