Let C ( t ) be the number of US cell phone subscribers in millions in t years since 1995. A linear model for the data is F ( t )

ANSWER

In 16 years time.

EXPLANATION.

If the number of subscribers is 324 million, then it means

f(t)=324

But we were given that,

f(t)=18.997t+16.711

This implies that,

324=18.997t+16.711

We now solve for t,

324-16.711=18.997t

307.289=18.997t

\frac{307.289}{18.997}=t

16.17566=t

That will be approximately in the 16th year.

The following data points represents how many tunnels Gary the groundhog dug each year. 18,5,13,9,6,2,10 using the data to creat
aleksandr82 [10.1K]

Answer:

The histogram for the data is attached below.

Step-by-step explanation:

The methods commonly used for depicting a frequency distribution are:

  • Histogram/Column graph
  • Bar graph
  • Frequency Polygon
  • Pie chart

Out of these, one of the most general and extensively used devices of illustrating a frequency distribution is the histogram.

The data provided for the number of tunnels Gary the groundhog dug each year is:

S = {18, 5, 13, 9, 6, 2, 10}

The histogram for the data is attached below.

What is the multiplicative inverse of -27 and what is the multiplicative inverse for 7/9 and -9/16
liberstina [14]

The multiplicative inverse of a number is the number when you multiply it, it gives you the product of 1.

So for - 27, what number will give us 1 when we multiply it by -27

-27 * -1/27 = 1

So the multiplicative inverse of -27 = -1/27

7/9 * 9/7 = 1

-9/16 * -16/9 = 1

So in essence, just take the number and flip it

-27 = -1 / 27

7/9 = 9/7

-9/16 = -16/9

What is the equivalent of π/6 radians in degrees. Question and answers are in photo above
Karolina [17]

There are a number of radian-degree equivalents that it would be time-saving and otherwise worthwhile to memorize. π/6 = 30 degrees is one of these. For reference, here are a few others:

radians degrees

0 0

2π 360

π 180

π/2 90

π/4 45

and so on. Good luck!

Is this for area and perimeter? If so, first make the fraction a decimal, (that would be 3.5). Then, for permeter, add 3.5 + 3.5 + 9 + 9, which is 25, for area, multiply 3.5 by 9, which is 31.5. Hope this helped!
