Both DNA and RNA are the nucleic acid present in the organisms but both show certain structural differences in their nucleotide as followed :  

1. Sugar- sugar in RNA is known as ribonucleic acid whereas nucleic acid in DNA lacks OH group at 2' carbon position and is known as de-oxy ribonucleic acid.

2. Nitrogenous base- four types of bases bond with each other namely adenine, cytosine, guanine and thymine in DNA similar to RNA but RNA has "uracil" present in their sequence instead of thymine.

Thus, the difference in the nucleotide constituents is the correct answer.
