Answer:

•stop exercising and lose weight

Explanation:

Emergency diets usually take anywhere from 3 to 10 days, and it is not recommended to do any of them for a longer period than this may be harmful to health. They make you lose weight on liquids and are also extremely calorie-restrictive, because they make you believe that you can lose weight efficiently only with diet and without exercise. You will even lose weight with the emergency diet, but you will hardly be able to maintain your lost weight without physical exercise.

Remember that an emergency diet can make you lose 2 to 5 pounds, but anything else is difficult, since as you are restricting your calorie intake so much, your metabolism slows down to preserve your energy. In addition, you will probably regain the weight you have lost once you return to your normal diet.

Stop exercising and lose weight. Many people who participate in the crash diets, does it because it seems a lot easier to lose weight, rather than exercising. But, it provides false hope.

9966 [12]
Hello there!

She'd not have the need to purchase healthcare on Medicare benefits. The reason is that Medicare applicants are able to review their current health and prescription drug coverage. This includes any change in cost; coverages and benefits take action effect the next year. Would only need to review her overall Medicare plan. Hope this helps, have a nice day.

The remaining amounts of water, vitamins, and minerals are absorbed in the _.
alukav5142 [94]

The right answer is the large intestine.

The colon is part of the digestive system. Also called the large intestine, the colon follows the small intestine and forms the last part of the digestive system. It consists of several parts:

the caecum (from which leaves the vermiform appendage);

the ascending colon (right);

the transverse colon;

the descending colon (left);

the sigmoid colon;

and the rectum.

Its role is mainly to eliminate waste, absorb water, maintain the water balance and absorb certain vitamins. Chyle from the small intestine lacks almost all (90%) of the nutrients already absorbed by the digestive system. Chyle mixes in the colon with mucus and intestinal bacteria to form the feces. Bacteria capable of digesting the fibers form new molecules that the colon is then able to assimilate.
