You will even lose weight with the emergency diet, but you will hardly be able to maintain your lost weight without physical exercise.

Remember that an emergency diet can make you lose 2 to 5 pounds, but anything else is difficult, since as you are restricting your calorie intake so much, your metabolism slows down to preserve your energy. In addition, you will probably regain the weight you have lost once you return to your normal diet.

Stop exercising and lose weight. Many people who participate in the crash diets, does it because it seems a lot easier to lose weight, rather than exercising. But, it provides false hope.
