A person who does not receive credit working for other people can feel burnout. Other factors may contribute to this, such as the impossibility of influencing decision-making, scheduling, tasks, lack of resources needed to perform the work, workloads, etc. The consequences of  burnout can be the lack of energy, tiredness at an early stage of the working day, anxiety, depression, increased illness, loss of appetite.
