This depends if you go to work everyday.

Explanation:

What I mean by this is that, if you have worked (like office or some type of job which requires pressure or lots of movement) and you suddenly decide to retire, your body wouldnt be able to cope with it as it is used to the pressure of doing a job.

If you dont exercise daily or do some sort of movement, you will develop many problems, for instance, ligament pain, obesity and many more.
