In the course of stealing and destroying evidence, Monika committed several other crimes—mugging a police officer, setting fire

to a crime scene, and breaking into the police station. Her actions have directly threatened public safety and have made it difficult to prosecute other criminals. Someone will have to pay to repair the damage caused by the fire and break-in.
In a short essay (three to four paragraphs), answer these questions:

If you were the judge in charge of sentencing, what criminal sanctions would you use to punish Monika, deter future crime, and ensure public safety?
What corrections programs would you use to support rehabilitation and compensate victims?

luda_lava [24]

Answer:

in both cases the flyer was presented to the barber before the service was provided.

a) no, because Karl was informed about the mistake and the real price and could then still have decided to take his business elsewhere. but if he then agreed to still have the service performed under the now updated conditions, then that is what the "contract" is basing on.

he has no grounds to claim the other price afterwards.

b) no, because the service provider saw the flyer information, did not object to or correct the information right away, but performed the service instead. now the "contract" is based on that agreement based on the conditions of the flyer.

ANEK [815]
Hi! They might look for the help of a forensic chemist because they study chemistry so they would be able to tell you about the toxic substance and what it can do along with the side effects. A forensic geneticist studies genes, a forensic sociologist studies human behavior, and a forensic etymologist studies origin and history of words. So the most helpful one would be the forensic chemist. i hope this helps, Goodluck :)
