in my humble opinion no, i don't think that it would change the mind of an individual that was leaning towards that type of future. Why? i don't think tat it would change that individuals beliefs or behaviors ,it could change their way of seeing certain things and being able to contain themselves but it would not make those subconscious thoughts go away. In my opinion rehab can help the individuals that have psychological issues such as a drug problem or an extreme case of depression but if were talking about the mind of a terrorist, then no, you cant rewire someones thought process through discipline and constant monitoring.
