LGBTQ rights are the human rights for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer people. They are rights based on sexual orientation and gender identity.

Women rights are the rights given to women and widely known as the fundamental human rights that were given by the United Nations, which include the right to live free from violence, slavery and discrimination, to be educated, to own property, to vote and to earn a fair and equal wage.

Civil rights social movement is a movement against racial segregation and discrimination which started in the southern United States. Its roots were in the efforts of African slaves and their descendants to resist racial oppression and abolish the institution of slavery.

These movements' contribution to society resides in the idea that this will help in having full equality for all citizens, including those who happen to be in any minority (LGBTQ), not only in principle but under international law taking in account the interests of everybody in society.
