Bad news can provoke positive and negative effects.

Explanation: Bad news can cause us to feel a certain way; sad, angry, disappointed or frustrated. These feelings can lead us to make impulsive delicious; lash out or isolate ourselves, and ultimately affect us negatively. But bad news can be motivating as well. Bad news can cause us to take a look at our actions and cause us to implement new, healthier habits as a way to avoid the bad news from occurring again.
