1. Cardiovascular endurance: the ability of the heart, lungs and blood vessels to deliver oxygen to your body tissues. The activity that I perform are swimming and biking. This will help in making the heart strong, it reduces stress and improves sugar and cholesterol levels

2. Muscular strength: the amount of force a muscle can produce which is measured by the maximum amount of force a muscle can produce in a single effort. The activity that I perform are squats, bench press, bicep curls. It benefits the muscles in being stronger and healthier.
