I had to look for the options and here is my answer:

The measurement of the rate of oxygen production in chloroplasts would be considered as suitable for the estimation of the rate of photosynthesis because the production of oxygen is done by "splitting" water in the PS (photosynthesis) II complex.

The cytoplasm of a cell is at ph7 and the interior of an organelle is ph8
EastWind [94]

A pH=-log(10)[H+], from this formula we can deduct that when the number of protons is higher the pH is lower and when the number of protons is lower the pH is higher. This means there are more hydrogen ions in the cytoplasm compared to the inside of an organelle.

B Hydrogen ions are very small particles so they can easily diffuse through the plasma membrane inside the cytoplasm, resulting in a higher number of protons and a lower pH. Organelle membranes have a lower permeability for hydrogen protons so the pH is higher.

Which is a main cause of speciation
Morgarella [4.7K]
That would be animals getting isolated into different groups in different locations. These animals would have to breed AND adapt to that location, otherwise they will become extinct. When each species adapts and breeds to agree with a different location, that would be called speciation.
