False Because some States provide their own Occupational Health and Safety programs which could be more strict or apply stronger regulations to companies with employees. Good example is Cal OSHA which is the state OSH of California.

Steak and grains curry would give a good amount of protein and is full of nutrition. Boiled rice will make a suitable combo of light carbs with the proteins and vegetables will give good amount of vitamins to the body.

So this dinner will give a healthy balanced diet to the people over for dinner.
