If the equation is written in the slope-intercept form, plug in the slope and the x and y coordinates for a point on the line to solve for y. In this case it is in slope-intercept form.

The answer would be y=(0,5)

The perimeter of a rectangle given the area and height.
GuDViN [60]

hello :)

so here i am assuming that 66m^2 is the area and the height is 6.3 (sorry, but the way you wrote it is a bit funny, its all good tho)

so to calculate area it is hieght multipled by width

so you have to divide 66 by 6.3, which gives you this very long number : 10.4761904762

i would personally round it to either just 10 or 10.5

so you would want to write the answer as ≈10.5

hope that helped!

i would appreciate it if you voted me as brainliest :)

During a trip, a driver travelled a distance of 80km at an average speed of 60km/hr.He then changed his speed and travelled the
oksian1 [2.3K]

Answer:

50 km/hr

Step-by-step explanation:

D = RT

Time for first part of trip = 80/60 = 4/3 hr.

Time for second part of trip = 20/30 = 2/3 hr.

total time for entire trip = 4/3 + 2/3 = 6/3 = 2 hr.

Total distance = 100 km

Average rate of speed for entire trip = 100/2 = 50 km/hr

An industrial/organizational psychologist wants to improve worker productivity for a client firm, but first she needs to gain a
Illusion [34]

Answer:

a) Standard Error = 0.6578

b) 99% confidence interval = (7.303, 10.697)

c) A population mean of 8.5 hours would not surprise the psychologist as this is within the confidence interval.

Step-by-step explanation:

a) Standard error = Standard deviation/√n

n = sample size = 250

Standard deviation = 10.4

Standard error = (10.4/√250)

Standard error = 0.6578

b) 99% confidence interval

Confidence interval = (Sample mean) ± (Margin of error)

Sample mean = 9 hours

Margin of Error = (critical value) × (standard error or standard deviation of the distribution of sample means)

Critical value for a 99% confidence interval = 2.58 (from the z-tables)

Standard error or standard deviation of the distribution of sample means = 0.6578

margin of error = 2.58 × 0.6578 = 1.697

Confidence interval = 9 ± 1.697

Lower limit of the confidence interval = 9 - 1.697 = 7.303 hours

Upper limit of the confidence interval = 9 + 1.697 = 10.697 hours

99% confidence interval = (7.303, 10.697)

c) A population mean of 8.5 hours would not surprise the psychologist as this is within the confidence interval.

Hope this Helps!!!
