Your question states:

Discuss the position of the Federalists on ratifying the Constitution.

Answer: The position of the Federalists was to keep the independent rights and freedoms of all people. My Example to back up my Main Idea is The Federalists reason against the constitution of stronger government. Meaning they believed if they had stronger government people wouldn't have any or enough Independence. My Reasoning behind this is the Federalists believed the rights and freedoms of all people and didn't want to create a dictation where no one could have freedoms.

I Tried using the MEL-Con format.

Hello,

Question - Discuss the position of the Federalists on ratifying the Constitution.

The fedaralists that were ratifying the constitution were opposed of its rules and policies. They though the new system would harm liberties and would fail to protect the rights if individuals. Another opposed reason was the fact that they thought a stronger government would harm the states sovreignty.
