Mohandas Gandhi was big on making change in peaceful ways. Dr. King's goal was the same. Gandhi lead India in its independence from Britain. He also helped move the needle for global civil rights. MLK Jr. was a large influence during the civil rights movement in the US and he is known for leading change in a peaceful manner.
