Producers are organisms that capture sunlight from the sun to make organic food. Consumers are animals and get food by consuming other organisms. Decomposers break down all dead organisms from a soil bacterium part of the food cycle.  Detritivore feed on organic matter. Producers get their food from the sun. And compete with all organisms above them on the food pyramid. A food chain is a cycle pathway of life, relationships among organisms is a mutualism that results in energy. Most energy is lost as metabolic heat, the total heat, and energy wast. Meaning that each level only receives 10% of the energy in the level

Which statement about stomata is true?
spin [16.1K]
<span>The answer is B. The number of stomata is more on the lower surface of the leaf. Carbon dioxide enters the leaves through the stomata. In the leaves, it is used in the photosynthesis and converted into oxygen and glucose. Since the energy of Sunlight is important for the photosynthesis, stomata must be opened during the day. So, to avoid direct Sunlight and thus cause leaves dehydration, the number of stomata is more on the lower surface of the leaf.</span>

Snezhnost [94]

Answer:

Substitution, missense mutation

Explanation:

Mutation is a change in the DNA sequence that can subsequently alter the genetic message.

Substitution mutations occurs when a base is replaced with another different base.

A good example is the one given in the question where the third A in the sequence ACAAAC is replaced by a T.

If this kind of mutation occurs in a protein-coding gene, it will be classified as a frameshift mutation.

Missense mutation is caused when there is a change in a single nucleotide that results to the coding of a different Amino acid
