Answer:

Options-(A,B,C,E):

Except "D"(which is associated with the lipid anchor in the cell structure for protein molecules).

Hydropathy plot:

In order to identify the different protein structures and its possible domains or traces on the basis of quantitative analysis.

As the trans-membrane alpha-helix and the amphipathic alpha-helix,along with the membrane-associated proteins.

Explanation:

Amino acids quantitative analysis:

In order to perform the quantitative analyses of the amino acids and its traces inside the different cell structures we draw a plot known as hydrophathy plot for knowing the degree or level of the materials presence.

Compare and contrast a compound light microscope and a tranmission electeon microscope be sure to discuss the structure and oper
Viefleur [7K]

A compound microscope has an application in colleges and schools. It exhibits two lenses, the ocular lens, and the objective lens. The compound microscope generally possesses more than one magnification power, varying from 40 times up to 400 or even 1000 times the original size of the specimen.

It is also used to observe tissue samples, micro-organisms, blood, microscopic cells, and some of the bigger details inside the cells. A transmission electron microscope exhibits the similar basic guidelines as the light microscope, however, the microscope rather than using light, it utilizes electrons.

These microscopes utilize electrons as a source of light. Due to the formation of low wavelength, it is feasible to obtain a resolution better than with a light microscope.
