Answer:

Total Cost of the jobs: 434,500

Explanation:

DM 120,000

DL 144,500

MO applied 158,000

adjustment for MO to COGS 12,000

(because is a job order costing, in most cases the actual manufacturing overhead is know after the job is done)

Notice the indirect mateirals represent MO so it will be as part of that concept.

Total cost:

120,000+ 144,500 + 158,000 + 12,000 = 434,500

Star workers and athletes are usually individuals who have a high need to become the best or reach great accomplishments in their field, thus it is accurate to say that both groups will have a high need for achievement.

Direct labor and indirect labor are recorded, respectively, to:
torisob [31]

Answer:

d. Work in Process Inventory and Factory Overhead.

Explanation:

Direct labor is labor that is directly involved in the production process, for example a machine operator in a factory is supplying direct labor. So when recording direct labor we do so under work in process inventory as that is where the labour is applied.

Indirect labour is one that is not directly involved in the production process, for example office cleaners, building maintenance. Since their contribution is not directly impacting production, indirect labor is recorded under factory overhead.

How do natural resources and geography relate to economic growth for a country?
Archy [21]

Answer:

Limited natural resources such as infertile land and lack of coastal access can limit economic growth for a country.

Explanation:

Natural resources are a source of wealth for the country. Mineral such oil and precious stones have made nations wealthy.

Land is a factor of production. Lack of fertile lands will make a nation dependent on imports for its food security. Access to coastal areas facilitates cheaper and fast international trade. Landlocked countries use harbor of other nations for global business. Goods and services from landlocked counties may be more expensive as a result of high transport costs.
