The following is an example of a biased sample of students from a middle school.

This answer entirely depends on what is being sampled. Is it whether choir is superior to other classes or not? Most likely very biased. Is it about favorite range to sing at? Maybe a little bit biased. Is it something that has nothing to do with choir? Then most definitely not biased.

Again, it entirely depends on what is being asked. One cannot base just "bias opinion" on "20 students in choir" without knowing what the question being asked is.

\text{Answer : -5}\sqrt[]{6}

Explanation

\begin{gathered} -\text{ }\sqrt[]{150} \\ \text{This can be express further by applying the laws of surd} \\ \sqrt[]{A\text{ x B}}\text{ = }\sqrt[]{A}\text{ x }\sqrt[]{B} \\ Step\text{ 1: Find the factor of 150 that will give one p}\operatorname{erf}ect\text{ square and non - p}\operatorname{erf}ect\text{ square} \\ Factor\text{ of 150 = 25 and 6} \\ \text{Threfore, }\sqrt[]{150}\text{ can be express as }\sqrt[]{25\text{ x 6}} \\ \sqrt[]{150\text{ }}\text{ = }\sqrt[]{25\text{ x 6}} \\ \sqrt[]{150\text{ }}\text{ = }\sqrt[]{25}\text{ x }\sqrt[]{6} \\ \sqrt[]{25}\text{ = 5} \\ -\sqrt[]{150}\text{ = -5}\sqrt[]{6} \\ \text{Therefore, the simplest form of -}\sqrt[]{150}\text{ is -5}\sqrt[]{6} \end{gathered}

Select the correct answer.

The graph of the function f(x)=3(2)^x -4 passes through the points (0,-1), (1,2), (2,8) and (3,20)

<h3>What are exponential functions?</h3>

When the expression of function is such that it involves the input to be present as exponent (power) of some constant, then such function is called exponential function.

here usual form is specified below. They are written in several such equivalent forms.

The equation of the function is given as:

f(x)=3(2)^x -4

Set x = 0, 1, 2 and 3

f(0)=3(2)^0 -4 = -1\\f(1) = 3(2)^1 - 4 = 2\\f(2) = 3(2)^2- 4 = 8\\\\f(3) = 3(2)^3 - 4 = 20

This means that the graph of the function f(x) = 3(2)^x -4 passes through the points (0,-1), (1,2), (2,8) and (3,20).

Tems11 [23]
This is a ratio based question.

\frac{492}{500}  =  \frac{x}{6000}
x = 6000 \times  \frac{492}{500}
