First you had to add by seven from both sides of equation form.

-7+\frac{f}{2}+7=-1+7

Then simplify by equation.

\frac{f}{2}=6

Next, you multiply by two from both sides of equation form.

\frac{2f}{2}=6*2

And finally, simplify by equation.

6*2=12

2*6=12

12/6=2

12/2=6

f=12

Final answer: \boxed{f=12}

Hope this helps!

And thank you for posting your question at here on brainly, and have a great day.

Please help, it's urgent!
Aneli [31]

For this case we have to, by defining properties of powers and roots the following is fulfilled:

\sqrt [n] {a ^ m} = a ^ {\frac {m} {n}}

We must rewrite the following expression:

\sqrt [3] {8 ^ {\frac {1} {4} x}}

Applying the property listed we have:

\sqrt [3] {8 ^ {\frac {1} {4} x}} = 8 ^ {\frac{\frac {1} {4} x} {3} }= 8 ^ {\frac {1} {4 * 3} x} = 8 ^ {\frac {1} {12} x}

Using the property again we have to:

8 ^ {\frac {1} {12} x} = \sqrt [12] {8 ^ x}

Thus, the correct option is option C

Option C

Quiz: Area of a Sector
bulgar [2K]

Answer:

97 cm²

Step-by-step explanation:

The complete question is attached.

The circle has a diameter of 12 m. The radius of the circle = diameter/2 = 12/2 = 6 cm.

The area of the circle = πr² = π × 6² = 113 cm²

To find the area of the shaded portion we have to find the area of sector and subtract it from the circle area.

The angle of the sector (θ) = 360 - 310 = 50°

Area\ of\ the\ sector=\frac{\theta}{360} *\pi r^2=\frac{50}{350}*\pi*6^2=16\ cm^2

Area of shaded portion = Area of circle -  Area of of sector = 113 - 16 = 97 cm²
