No this virus does not follow the Central Dogma of Biology. The Central Dogma refers to the process involved in cellular replication starting from the replication of DNA, followed by transcription of DNA to RNA, and finally translation of RNA to proteins.

Viruses are special because they hijack cells and use the cell's own mechanisms in order for it replicate. Retroviruses are even more special because they go against the unidirectional flow of the Central Dogma. This is done with the use of their reverse transcriptase.

No! this virus does not follow the central dogma.

Further Explanation:

Central dogma:

The focal creed of sub-atomic science portrays the two-advance procedure, interpretation and interpretation, by which the data in qualities streams into proteins: DNA → RNA → protein. Interpretation is the blend of a RNA duplicate of a fragment of DNA. RNA is incorporated by the catalyst RNA polymerase.

Central dogma of science significant:

The hereditary material (DNA) is deciphered into mRNA (RNA) which is than converted into proteins. The focal creed is a significant guideline in sub-atomic science, and it clarifies why DNA assumes such a significant job in hereditary articulation.

who proposed Central dogma:

The Central dogma of atomic science is an expression by Francis Crick, who proposed the twofold helix structure of DNA. It implies that data goes from DNA to proteins by means of RNA, however proteins can't pass the data back to DNA. Kink previously composed it in 1958, and rehashed it in 1970.

replication in focal authoritative opinion:

DNA contains the total hereditary data that characterizes the structure and capacity of a creature. Along these lines, inside most cells, the hereditary data streams from DNA to RNA to protein.
