Use PMDAS, first you do the parenthesis (which aren't there) then you multiply, divide, add, and then subtract.

2 1/3 quarts per batch, and five batches, so you multiply 2 1/3 x 5.

2 1/3 = 7/3   and   5 x 7/3 = 35/3 which simplifies to 11 2/3, so D. is the answer.

What real life object could a triangular prism be used for

We can start out simple, so here's some:

If you ever drew a sea saw as a child, or seen it, you probably had seen a part that looks like a triangular prism. It's somewhere in the structure.

Many building infrastructures have them. The roofs of many houses are pointed in some what of a triangle like shape so that rain water can roll off of them easier.

Hope these two help or at least spark some ideas!

Hmmmm well I would first round the 1 and make it a 0 round the 9 and add to 6 and round 7 (was originally 6) to add 1 to 25 and then round 26 to 30
