Answer:

m∠B = 107°

Step-by-step explanation:

The given geometric figure is a deltoid or quadrilateral with two pairs of equal adjacent sides whose diagonals are perpendicular.

The longer diagonal divides two opposite angles into two equal parts, which means:

m∠A = 2 · 32 = 64°

m∠C = 2 · 41 = 82

Also the angles m∠B ≅ m∠D = x

The total sum of the inner angles in the quadrilateral is 360°, which means:

2 · x = 360 - ( 64 + 82) = 360 - 146 = 214 => x = 214/2 = 107°

m∠B = 107°

How does product (result) of (a-b)2 compare the product (a+b)
____ [38]
I'm assuming you mean (a-b)^2 : (a+b)^2

a^2 + b^2 cancel out leaving

-2ab versus +2ab

Therefore (a+b)^2 is +4ab greater.

How u do dis ............
Norma-Jean [14]

i’ll try to help.

angle 3 and angle 1 are congruent angles, so they both equal 75°.

angle 1 and angle 5 are corresponding angles, so they both equal 75°. (it’s bc they’re positioned the same.

soooo the answer to that is 75° for angle 5. (not really great at explaining) also hope that the answer is right it should be.

Let E = {(x, y) e R2|xy > 0}. Determine whether E is a subspace of R2 . X3
gayaneshka [121]

Answer:

E is not a subspace of \mathbb{R}^2

Step-by-step explanation:

E is not a subspace of  \mathbb{R}^2

In order to see this, we must find two points (a,b), (c,d) in  E such that (a,b) + (c,d) is not in E.

Consider

(a,b) = (1,1)

(c,d) = (-1,-1)

It is easy to see that both (a,b) and (c,d) are in E since 1*1>0 and (1-)*(-1)>0.

But (a,b) + (c,d) = (1-1, 1-1) = (0,0)

and (0,0) is not in E.

By the way, it can be proved that in any vector space all sub spaces must have the vector zero.
