Ratios and fractions are interchangeable (for the most part). A fraction is a type of ratio. And we've all worked with fractions before, so that's what we'll do here.
I can say that the ratio 3:1 is the same as the fraction 3 / 1. Using that fraction, it is fairly easy to find equivalent fractions.
3 / 1 = 6 / 2 = 9 / 3 = 30 / 10
...And so on
Another example, 5:6 = 5 / 6.
5 / 6 = 10 / 12 = 15 / 18 = 30 / 36
To find equivalent fractions, all you need to do is multiply both the numerator and denominator by the same number. As long as that number is the same (and your multiplication is correct), then the new fraction will be equivalent to the original.
Hope this helps!
Given that the highest station in London Tube is at 147 m above sea level and the lowest station is at 21 m below sea level, the height difference between will be given by:
[highest height-lowest height]
147-(-21)
=147+21
=168 m
the answer is 180 m

Answer:
95° and 85°
Step-by-step explanation:
Same-side interior angles between parallel lines are supplementary:
(9x +14) +(8x +13) = 180
17x = 153
x = 9
9x +14 = 81 +14 = 95
8x +13 = 72 +13 = 85
The two angle measures are 95° and 85°.
Answer:
131
Step-by-step explanation:
supplementary angles are any two angles whode sum is 180. If v= 49 then 131 would be W. 131+49= 180
