Stress is considered a disease of the modern age and lifestyle. It can be a trigger for many organic diseases. The source of stress can be different and varies from person to person, but in general, the reasons are accumulated obligations, work tasks, consumer mentality, a little free time. Everybody does not react to a particular event as a stress trigger, but there is enough reason for everyone, so everyone is more or less exposed to stress. The level of stress that a person experiences depends on perception, that is, if a certain stressful event passes through some kind of the defense mechanisms or filters, stress can be alleviated, if the event is experienced dramaticly, the consequence will be high-level stress.
