The most important qualities that we can find in Moses are perseverance and wisdom. Over the facts we know of his life through the Bible, we can see that even being a baby, when he was left to his fate in the River Nile, his little body had to persevere beyond the inclemency of weather and hunger. Beeing a young man, he was a good son and a beloved brother within his egyptian family. Later, when he discover his Jewish origins he takes responsibility over the suffering of his own family and his people, and beyond his own privileges and comforts as an egiptian prince, he accepts to carry on with the demands that lay over him. Along times and events, he always persuits wisdom and justice and finds the way to live according to his principles and believings.

Study the graph, and then answer the questions using the drop-down menus.
Tatiana [17]

When a line cuts the x-axis, the distance from the origin to that intersection point is called the x-intercept, and when the line cuts the y-axis, the distance from the origin to that intersection point is called the y-intercept.

The options for the drop-down menus are as follows:

The first box contains the phrases "faster than," "slower than," and "at the same rate

The second box contains the maximum x-value, the line, the y-intercept, and the slope.

Greater than, less than, and equal to are the third boxes.

The fourth box contains the maximum x-value, the x-intercept, the y-intercept, the slope, and the origin.

Minutes per gallon and gallons per minute are the fifth and sixth boxes, respectively.

Pool A fills up more slowly than Pool B because the slope of Pool A's graph is lower than that of Pool B's.

The unit rate in gallons per minute is determined by the graph's slope.

How did dictators like Hitler and Mussolini rise to power?
guapka [62]

Answer:

Germany was a democratic country before Adolf Hitler rose to power. Investigate how a tyrant became Germany's Fuhrer. After Germany lost World War I and signed an armistice, civil and labor unrest grew in Germany. Politicians joined together to stop the uprising. The peace treaty required Germany to disband its army and pay war reparations. German nationalists and veterans thought the treaty was humiliating and the politicians and protesters had betrayed them. Hitler accused the Jews of subversion and war profiteering. The Nazis thought communism and capitalism were conspiracies against Germany. The economy collapsed. As chancellor, Hitler gained emergency powers.
