Rear Admiral Richard Evelyn Byrd Jr. (October 25, 1888 – March 11, 1957) was an American naval officer and explorer. He was a recipient of the Medal of Honor, the highest honor for valor given by the United States, and was a pioneering American aviator, polar explorer, and organizer of polar logistics. Aircraft flights in which he served as a navigator and expedition leader crossed the Atlantic Ocean, a segment of the Arctic Ocean, and a segment of the Antarctic Plateau. School is a setting where there are young minds seeking growth of all sorts. For these minds to be on the right track, it is necessary that there are positive links between the smaller groups that are formed within the school.
The children from these groups learn from the links they share and grow up to possess good or bad relations with their counterparts. Hence, it is mandatory that the links that are formed at the school level itself are positive.
