First Phase is when photosynthesis convert light eng. into a form called Chemical Energy in a form of known to man kind called ATP/NADPH which in turn is used to convert into glucose or sugar in Phase 2 = Calvin Cycle.

Second Phase is Calvin Cycle which has 3 divided stages which Carbon fixation, reduction, and regen of starting molecule. In turn NADPH is converted into Three-Carbon-Suger.

An examiner who discovers unequal movement or uneven gluteal skinfolds during the Ortolani maneuver does what?
expeople1 [14]

Answer:

B. alerts the physician that the infant has a dislocated hip.

Explanation:

An examiner who discovers unequal movement or uneven gluteal skinfolds during the Ortolani maneuver would alert the physician that the infant has a dislocated hip. This can be said because the Ortolani maneuver is a technique that is used in order to check hip integrity, and if unequal movement is detected during this technique it suggests that the hip is dislocated.

How many calories are provided by a food that contains 29 grams of carbohydrate, 6 grams of protein, and 1 gram of fat?
Andrej [43]
Energy (caloric) value of foods is indicated by calories, which measure the amount of heat that the food releases in the metabolic process. In physiology, it is determined by the energy balance of the organism, ie the heat exchange between the organism and the external environment.
Calories of nutrients:
1 g of protein = 4 kcal (kilocalories)
1 g of fat = 9 kcal
1 g of carbohydrates = 4 kcal
1 g of alcohol = 7 kcal
1 g of organic acid = 3 kcal

According to the table above, we can calculate required value:

29x4 + 6x4  + 1x9= 149 kcal/g
