There is no way to determine who drew this, unless there is a picture of their drawings.

It will though be easy to determine.

Think of the letter T turned upside down, the angle the vertical line makes with the horizontal line is 90 degrees. Bending the vertical line to the right hand side, the angle on the left hand side is above 90 degrees, and the one on the right hand side is below 90.

And a triangle with a 90 degrees angle is called right angled.
