Answer:

First we will define antibiotic resistance: Antibiotic resistance occurs when bacteria change in response to the use of these medicines.

meaning a virus could mutate and the antibiotics given to the person would no longer work.

It may affect anyone who is sick, prescribed antibiotics

it matters to you, because if you happen to get sick, and the virus or bacteria mutates and has built up a resistance, then you may be in deep trouble.

How would aspiration of urine from the bladder be accomplished
Tatiana [17]
Aspiration of Urine can be obtained by catherization. This procedure is performed by using a sterile urinary catheter inserted into the urethra into the bladder where gravity will pull the urine into a collection device. There is another type of aspiration that can be done using a very long needle inserted via puncture into the bladder but this is more invasive & not the first choice.

Name the circumstances where patient information from a substance abuse setting may be disclosed without written patient consent
olga55 [171]

Answer:   This might not be right but this is the way I see it

Explanation: As doctors one of our number one priorities is patient confidentiality, however another priority is the safety of our patient. Lets say that a patient is admitted in the hospital and it's pretty obvious the patient is struggling with substance abuse, what do you do? Do you protect your patients confidentiality or do you disclose your patients situation in order to aid them with some help from other colleges who specialize in the treatment of substance abuse? Think of it like this, A school shrink is obliged to keep the student's  problems confidential unless in the event that the student is being hurt or is thinking about hurting themselves or others. At that moment the students safety becomes more important, and the appropriate facility is contacted like CPS or a mental hospital.

I hope this helped
