Does anybody know why is it hard for someone to sleep. I need help I cant sleep.​

I can’t sleep either, it could be because you take a lot of naps throughout the day because that can cause u to be awake at night or if you drink things with a lot of caffeine. I have been thrown off my schedule ever since quarantine but if u drink a warm glass of milk (Ik that’s cliche) it helps and also blinking a lot right before u go to bed

Maybe there is too much goin on in your mind and you’re mind is too busy focusing on those things instead of sleep this happens to me sooo
