Below is a fragment of a DNA strand. A single primer is pictured below the strand in the gray box. 3'-ATACGACTAGTCGGGACCATATC-5'
Free_Kalibri [48]

Answer: 5'-TATGCTGATCAGCCCTGGTATAG-3'

Explanation:

DNA consists of 4 nucleotides; Adenine (A), Thymine (T), Cytosine (C) and Guanine (G), which serve as it's building block. The nucleotides are linked by 3', 5' phosphodiester bonds.

Phosphodiester bonds are bonds that join two nucleotides together.

Guanine (G) which always pairs with Cytosine (C) and Adenine (A) always pairs with Thymine (T). Percentage of A usually equals that of T while that of C usually equals G. This is known as Chargaff's rule.

So, to write the sequence of the complementary strand, you interchange the nucleotides with their corresponding partner.

Kelly has a gym membership but has stopped working out because her neighbor who used to drive them there has moved to another ci
bixtya [17]

Answer:

logistical

Explanation:

Based on the scenario being described within the question it can be said that Kelly is experiencing a logistical barrier to behavioral change. This refers to something that is preventing you from being able to continue progressing forward and achieving the change that is desired. In this case the neighbor not driving Kelly anymore is the barrier because without this assistance Kelly can no longer get to the gym everyday and workout, which in term prevents her from achieving the change she has been working towards.
