their roles /

physicians: they discuss hospice care with individuals who are in terminal illness. they prescribe medicines in which provide comfort, painless effect and supervise care

nurses: manage pain symptoms & all necessary care according to by the physicians prescription & provide psychological support to hospice patients and their families

social workers: their roles include conducting psychological assessments, coordinating care, providing counseling and psychotherapy, intervening in client crisis situations, & educating patients and families about their treatment plan and the resources and support systems that are available to them.

dietitians: they also provide psychological support to patients and families, particularly giving the social significance of eating and meals, and providing nutritional counseling.
