Okay, so the formula for these types of problems is yab^x I believe, or something like that.

So the price is 600 for y, 1-0.0075 is the b because it is decreasing in value each year, and it is 5 years from now, so 5 for the x.

Plug those in, and you will get about 577.83.

I hope this helps.

Answer: 562.5

Step-by-step explanation:

Ok...Im PRETTY sure this is right, because you multiply 5 (5 years till 2025) times 7.5 (the rate of decrease in price) and subtract that from 500, so that would be 600-37.5, which gives you 562.5

(a-b)(a^2 + ab + b^2)
Nitella [24]

Answer:

a^3-b^3

Step-by-step explanation:

(a−b)(a2+ab+b2)

=(a+−b)(a2+ab+b2)

=(a)(a2)+(a)(ab)+(a)(b2)+(−b)(a2)+(−b)(ab)+(−b)(b2)

=a3+a2b+ab2−a2b−ab2−b3

=a3−b3

2x + 4 ( -6x + 12) = -84

What is X?
katrin [286]
2x + 4(-6x + 12) = -84

2x - 24x + 48 = -84

-22x + 48 = -84

-22x = -84 - 48

-22x = -132

x = -132/-22

x = 6

hope this helps, God bless!

Which the parabola opens,
Dmitrij [34]

Table (A) represents the parabola y = x² - 6x in which the parabola opens and the y-intercept is (0, 0) table (A) is the correct choice.

What is a parabola?

It is defined as the graph of a quadratic function that has something bowl-shaped.

We have the tables shown in the picture.

We know the quadratic form of a parabola is:

y = ax² + bx + c

If a > 0 the parabola opens

In the equation:

y = x² - 6x

1 > 0 the parabola opens and y-intercept is:

y = 0 (plug x = 0 in the given equation)

a = 1, b = -6, and c = 0

Thus, table (A) represents the parabola y = x² - 6x in which the parabola opens and the y-intercept is (0, 0) table (A) is the correct choice.
