For a person to be organized there must be a structured plan. A timetable of what to do at a particular time, where to be and how to achieve it.

2.Stick to it- Such person must learn to be discipline by adhering or sticking to the proposed plan and avoiding unnecessary activities.

3. Have a target- Such person should set a goal and objective that would keep him or her going. When a target is given then all energy can be channel in that direction. Hence, there should be an achievable goal and objective.

4. Learn not to give up on yourself, such person should encourage himself/herself and also encourage others.

5. Such person should not procrastinate. Things should be done at the right time.
