The article mentions that smoking, obesity, and physical inactivity are some of the risk factors for developing heart disease. A
Paha777 [63]
I believe obesity is the lifestyle that is more substantial of the 3 because, a smoking habit can be terminated and physical inactivity doesn't always mean the person isn't healthy. If they're not healthy, they can change that by becoming more active. If you're obese, you're most likely at a weight where it could be dangerous for you to just get up and go for a run out of the blue. Obesity, which can also lead to diabetes, is a tough thing to live with. If it's generic and not even their fault, but that person doesn't prioritize working out and making sure it doesn't affect them, it's going to end in obesity for them.

The principal components of the plasma membrane are lipids (phospholipids and cholesterol), proteins, and carbohydrate groups that are attached to some of the lipids and proteins. A phospholipid is a lipid made of glycerol, two fatty acid tails, and a phosphate-linked head group. The primary function of the plasma membrane is to protect the cell from its surroundings. Composed of a phospholipid bilayer with embedded proteins, the plasma membrane is selectively permeable to ions and organic molecules and regulates the movement of substances in and out of cells.glucose

In addition to being the main source of energy, glucose is utilized in other pathways, such as glycogen and lipid synthesis by hepatocytes.
