When a new scientific fact is discovered, before it can become acceptable to other scientists such a fact must be verified and validated. To do this, other scientists, all over the world will perform the experiments that give birth to the new scientific fact, using the same procedure that was used by the original researcher. If all the other scientists continuously arrive at the same results after performing the experiments several times, then such a fact become acceptable in the scientific community.
