C) 6x^3 + 9x^2 + 10x + 15

we have that:

6 = 3*2

9 = 3*3

10 = 2*5

D) 12x^2 -3x + 4x + 7 = 12x^2 + x + 7

Again, here we have that one coefficient is 1, the only factor of 1 is itself, so we can not reduce this polinomial, this is prime.
