Explain what the pleasure vs Ferguson law did for black people
Zanzabum
Sure, let me help you on this one.

Pleasure v. Ferguson is one of the most famous Supreme Court cases of the 19th century.

This case helped African American people by bringing in a new doctrine to public educational facilities (such as public schools) called "Separate, but equal"

It was one of the most effective movements towards the end of racial segregation, and even though it still didn't allow black students to go to the same schools white students go to, it provided them with equal level of education and treatment.

Answer:

  1. C. Juvenile Court
  2. D. It determines if laws are Constitutional

Explanation:

From the guide provided, it is shown that all other courts can have their Judges elected except the Juvenile Court. Here the Judge is appointed by a superior court judge and that position is limited to 4 year terms.

The Georgia Supreme Court is very important because it determines if laws passed by the Georgia Legislature do not go against Georgia's Constitution as the Constitution is the supreme law of Georgia.
