Answer:

b. Two thirds of Congress and three fourths of the states must approve of an amendment federally while in Florida amendments are proposed through election ballots and ratified by the people.

Explanation:

A constitutional amendment is an improvement, correction or revision of the original content of the document that is in use. Since 1789, the Constitution of the United States of America has been amended twenty-seven times and these amendments were ratified after two-thirds of the congress approve the proposal and sent it to the states. Three-fourths of the states is what is needed to affirm the amendment that has been proposed.

In Florida, amendments are proposed through election ballots and ratified by the people. This can be effected when there is a call by the simple majority approval of a voter initiative asking for a convention.

yuradex [85]
The answer to this statement would be TRUE. This is based on the Bible in the part that Hezekiah cleanses the temple. This is the part during his first month of his reign. What he did was he opened the doors of the house of the Lord and there he gathered the priests into the square of the east. Hope this helps.

MakcuM [25]

When Susan hypothesized that a person would run faster when running in a group of people than when running alone then this type of reasoning comes under the deduction process.

A deduction can be described as the results or hypothesis that we might generate from the information that is provided. In the process of deduction, the pattern in the information that is available is carefully studied and observed. Based on this pattern of information, one can deduce a result or form a hypothesis.

In the case above, when Susan hypothesizes based on the information that was already provided that social facilitation, or the presence of others, influences performance, then such a hypothesis is based on deduction reasoning based on prior information.

Although a part of your question is missing, you might be referring to this question:
