Let Robs weekly allowances be X
he spent half f it n candy so he spent X/2
he gardened for $7 extra and at the end he had $12
so to calculate his weekly allowances, we will develop the following equation
X/2 +7=12
X/2=12-7
X/2=5
X=5x2
X=10
Rob's weekly allowance is $10

Solve y' + 2xy = 2x^3, y(0) = 1
nlexa [21]
Multiply both sides by e^{x^2}, then you get

e^{x^2}+2xe^{x^2}y=2x^3e^{x^2}
\left(e^{x^2}y\right)'=2x^3e^{x^2}
e^{x^2}y=\displaystyle2\int x^3e^{x^2}\,\mathrm dx
e^{x^2}y=e^{x^2}(x^2-1)+C
y=x^2-1+Ce^{-x^2}

Given that y(0)=1, you have

1=-1+Ce^0\implies C=2

so that the particular solution is

y=x^2-1+2e^{-x^2}

netineya [11]

Answer:

15% increase per year.

Step-by-step explanation:

5,600 - 3,500 = 2,100

2,100 is what percent of 3,500?

2,100 = X*3,500

X =  2,100 / 3,500

X = .60 or 60%

An average of 15% increase per year.
