Psalm 100 (King James Version) 1Make a joyful noise unto the LORD, all ye lands. 2 Serve the LORD with gladness: come before his

presence with singing. 3Know ye that the LORD he is God: it is he that hath made us, and not we ourselves; we are his people, and the sheep of his pasture. 4Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, and into his courts with praise: be thankful unto him, and bless his name. 5For the LORD is good; his mercy is everlasting; and his truth endureth to all generations. Name and explain the figure of speech in verse 3.

Answer:

"we are his people, and the sheep of his pasture"

Explanation:

Us being sheep is the figure of speech. God is the shepherd and we are the sheep , in other words, we are his followers. One could also say that this is a verse that supports the idea of Jesus Christ being God. This bible passage refers to us as God's sheep and the New Testament refers to Jesus as our shepherd in many places.

How did the obligations of serfs differ from those of lords and knights?
Ivahew [28]
The obligations of serfs were to work for lords and knights. Serfs lives were much more difficult than that of a lord or knight. Serfs didn't have freedoms like the lords and knights. Knights would sometimes serve the lord as well but could also be the lord of a castle. Serfs didn't have that option.
