Answer:

Making false promises

Explanation:

He made false promises for the people of Germany promising them a Reich that will last a thousand years. He blamed everything on the Jews and used aggressive language to intimidate his enemies. In one of his speeches he even claimed that he will be able to take over the whole Europe and Asia. On 1939 Hitler kept one of his promises by invading Poland. This drew the last straw causing France and Great Britain to declare war on Germany. After Hitler stabs Joseph Stalin in the back (Metaphorically) Soviet Union declared war on Germany causing a war on 2 fronts just like in World War 1. On December 1941 Japanese army bombed the American Pacific Naval Base sinking 18 ships. The Enraged Americans declared war on Germany and Japan sending now not only tanks and planes but troops and bombers to Germany and Japan.

irinina [24]

Answer:

On this 50th anniversary year of the Selma-to-Montgomery March and the Voting Rights Act it helped inspire, national attention is centered on the iconic images of “Bloody Sunday,” the words of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., the interracial marchers, and President Lyndon Johnson signing the Voting Rights Act. This version of history, emphasizing a top-down narrative and isolated events, reinforces the master narrative that civil rights activists describe as “Rosa sat down, Martin stood up, and the white folks came south to save the day.”

Sergeu [11.5K]
He was probably tired and getting old. He decided not to be elected again for a third term and this suggests that two terms were enough for any president. This became the unwritten rule for all presidents until 1940.
