I’ve been there. The best thing you can do is to find a good therapist, but I understand that may not be possible. Finding a new hobby or even a new show/video game could help ease your depression a little. There are also a ton of great resources and communities online to help you cope. It will get better, I promise. Don’t lose hope!

Find a friend to talk to. Like uh, start talking to random people on discord or something. Friends help.

It don't matter if someone says nobody likes you, there will always be someone who cares for you. Just find a good friend
