Answer:

Perhaps the most important cultural trend that has developed during this pandemic is the higher use of the internet of work and education purposes.

Explanation:

Before the pandemic, there were already many people who worked or studied from home through the internet, but the pandemic has increase these number of people by a wide margin.

This is because dealing with virus required most governments to impose madantory social distancing, and that meant that people whose jobs could be made remotely, had to do so.

People like lawyers, judges, accountants, programmers, and so on, are now working from home in vast numbers, and the use of internet tools has gone up as well.

The same thing has happenned in education: college and school students have been receiving their classes online. This has presented new opportunities for teachers, who have had to find new strategies for their online classes.

denis23 [38]

Bonds are considered very low risk for the very simple reason that they are backed by the power of the credit of the United States.

So, the only REAL risk for investors is that the United States default on its debts, that is, that they don't pay their debts. This could happen if all foreign owned debts are called in at once.

Why was it helpful to Darwin to learn that Lyell thought the Earth was very old? a. An old Earth has more fossils than a new Ear
Gala2k [10]

Answer:    B. It meant there was enough time for evolution to have occurred slowly

Explanation:  Contrary to the theory of creationism, according to which everything is created in the beginning as it is created and the characteristics of animals, plants and humans are the same from the beginning, Darwin's theory of evolution speaks of the gradual development of the qualities necessary for survival. Thus, according to the theory of creationism, the Earth is not very old, at least not as much as was necessary to justify Darwin's evolution. The changes described by Darwin take millions of years, so the theory that the Earth is very old is quite in favour.

Theories that describe the ways in which societies place people on a particular life path are called _____.
Sloan [31]

The correct answer is Self Theories

When we are harmoniously integrated with our self, in normal situations that do not include extreme states of sensitivities such as mourning, we enjoy the uniqueness and stability of our personality. There is a common conceptualization of Jung for self, present in several works by researchers on the subject. In this definition, Carl Jung says that: "The self represents the goal of the whole man, namely, the realization of his wholeness and his individuality, with or against his will". “The dynamics of this process is the instinct, which ensures that everything that belongs to an individual life appears there, exactly, with or without the subject's agreement, whether he is aware of what happens or not”.
