HI again, my computer was acting up and not letting me look at the question i posted so here we go again this is what i did is i

Most Honorable Delegates,

I recommend that state leaders replace the Articles of Confederation. We need a new Constitution. I have listed three weaknesses of the Articles of Confederation below. I include an explanation of why each weakness is a problem.


(what i wrote) Weakness #1: Congress could not pay taxes


(what i wrote) Explanation: Taxes pay for a government’s functions. Congress could only request money from the state legislatures. If the states did not send any, Congress was powerless.



(what i wrote) Weakness #2: Congress could not raise a national military separate from the states


(what i wrote) Explanation: During the Revolutionary War, General George Washington had to request money for supplies. Congress could not force the states to pay for the troops' needs, and they often went without, starving at times.



(what i wrote) Weakness #3: Each state printed its own currency


(what i wrote) Explanation: A person might need paper money from several different states to do business. Currencies from different states did not have the same value.

Preamble to the U.S. Constitution

"We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America."

This is how I would rewrite the Preamble so that other people can understand it. I hope it helps increase support for the new Constitution.

Genie's story came to light on November 4, 1970, in Los Angeles, California, when a social worker had discovered the 13-year old girl, had been confined to a small room, and he informed about this to authorities.

An investigation had be turned on and authorities revealed that the child had spent most of her life in this room, and was often tied to a potty chair, whenever she made any noise her father usually beaten her up.

  • Collapse of the Western Roman Empire (478 CE). The collapse generated by nomadic groups' forces, took the Western Roman Empire to the Dark Ages and the return of Feudalism.
  • Sui Dynasty (589-618 CE). The Sui Dynasty reunited China for the first time in almost 400 years. Spread buddhism.
