<span>Generally, they will first look at what type of discrimination case the defendant commits first whether it is a race discrimination, gender, sex etc. If the case is identified, then the defendant becomes a suspect of the case. From there, an investigation as to whether the defendant has a good reason for the "discrimination" case will begin. If there is no valid reason for the defendant to treat the victim the way he or she did, then it will be confirmed that the defendant is guilty.
